First of all you should get to know all of the trainers and their experience, qualifications especially those coaches who will be working with you. Your future progress and result depend from all of those aspects all together, also a nice trainer will make an individual training program for you - taking into consideration all of your body anatomy and organism structure. Professional coach will also help you with creating a well- balanced diet plan. Besides all of that trainer will be watching and helping with your weight exercises controlling it whether you’re doing it in a right way. If there is a need he/she will make allowance into your workout plan.

Before starting to train you have to set a sportive aim for yourself which you want to achieve. Also you have to listen to all of the recommendations of your coach. The most optimal program is to visit a gym three times per week. All of the workouts shouldn’t be longer than1 hour in total per time.

For the most productive workouts you have to get the most comfortable sportive outfit which should be made half from natural fibers and half from synthetically fibers. It’s necessary condition because when you wash your outfit too often it may lose a nice look. As for the shoes you should choose it with thick and non elastic sole, still the best choice would be some kind of sneakers because such shoes helps to prevent injury during workouts in the future. Also you have to bring a towel with you, bottle of water, sportive gloves (in order to prevent appearing of soft corns on your hands) and workout diary.
